Shipping Policy.

We aim to dispatch within 2-3 weeks as your piece is made to order.

Currently next day delivery is not available. However, if you require your order earlier please contact info@lucojewellery.co.uk

Please note: Orders made after 12pm on a Friday, will be processed the following Monday. (Excluding bank/public holidays)

Shipments are arranged via UK Royal Mail for all UK orders and will all require a signature. A shipment confirmation email will be sent to you after the order has been shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our usual returns policy is within 7 days from the date you received your order. For all returns and exchanges, please email us at info@lucojewellery.co.uk for further instructions.

On receipt of the returned items we will issue you a refund or exchange within 10 days in the same payment method/delivery address. As we are a small business, we don’t offer free returns for any orders. The customer will need to send the item back at their own cost.

Please note: We cannot offer an exchange or return for items which have been worn; if there are any signs of wear, we would not be able to accept the return. We do not refund earrings (unless faulty) due to hygiene reasons.
